Process to capture photo using camera option while designing visitor ID cards using Visitor ID Gate Pass Software

Step 1: Install Visitor ID Gate Pass Software on your Windows PC or Laptop to design Visitor ID Cards and Gate Pass for visitors.

Step 2: Run DPRU Visitor ID Card Maker Software, select template category and choose any one sample for ID card. Specify card size as per need and press OK button.

Step 3: Fill all required details which you want to show on ID card. Now click on Camera option to capture visitor image while designing Visitors ID Cards.

Step 4: Select connected camera and click on ‘Capture’ button to take visitor photo. Check “Enable Cropping” option to crop image and click on “Crop Image” option. You can also save cropped image at specified location. Now click on “Use Image” button to add captured photo on ID card.

Step 5: You can use various drawing tools to add text, barcode, signature, watermark, image library, symbols and other designing objects on card. Click on “Add Visitor details to DB” button to save visitor details to database for future usage. Similarly you can design back side of visitor ID card as per need.

Step 6: To view your visitor’s records, go to “Visitor Records” menu and click on “Show Visitors Records” option. Software provides “Export in Excel” option to export all visitor records in excel file format. If you want to see particular visitor details then double click to visitor record in list.

Step 7: Wizard shows your selected visitor details. You can export visitor details as Image and as PDF file format and also send specific visitor details at specified email address.

Step 8: To print designed visitor ID cards, go to Standard Toolbar and click on Print option. Adjust printing settings as per your requirement and press “Print” button.
